1:1 Consultation- 60-minute consultation designed to give you a sense of direction, identify action steps, and relieve stress.
- Comprehensive health history.
- Individualized supplement recommendations.
- Identifying and clarifying three main health goals and developing an individualized action plan.
Energize Your Health
3-Month Program- Build your confidence and a solid foundation for your health with wellness coaching.
- Meet with me one-on-one, bi-weekly for three months, for a total of six sessions.
- Each session is carefully planned based on your individual health goals to provide you with educational information and personal support, all customized to your specific needs.

6-Month Program- This is your North Star program to guide your health.
